Founder & Lead Caregiver
Willow Ross, MBA
With a passion for early childhood development and a joyful heart, Willow creates a space where every child feels like they are part of a family. Her energetic approach ensures that every day is filled with discovery and laughter.
Willow enjoys roller skating, writing letters, bike riding, photography, knitting, crocheting, baking, cooking, playing cards, board games, and swimming. She is currently learning how to do paper quilling, calligraphy, and speaking spanish.
Willow is most proud of raising her 2 children, Adrienne and Spencer, and seeing them turn into fantastic humans. Willow is happily married to her best friend, Brian, for 27 years. Her grandchildren are 3, 6, 8, & 9 and bring her so much more happiness and joy than she thought she could ever posess.
